School’s Laptop’s Rigged to Spy On Families Reports New York Family Lawyers

What should the families involved in a situation where school officials are using laptops to spy on them? It seems that we make jokes about Big Brother quite often but in this case, it is more like Spying Schools. New York Family Lawyers can help the family’s sort out exactly what has occurred in this particular situation.

The laptops were basically school-issued equipment but were rigged with web cams without the knowledge of the students or parents. And, the officials at the lower Merion School District declined to comment on the accusations. It seems that many of the families were observed in compromising situations and obviously are unhappy.

The students in this school were angry enough to revolt by putting tape on the laptop’s camera and microphones. The sophomore students taped up the computers and seem to be simply disgusted that the school officials were even trying to watch his every move. The cameras were thought to have recorded various family members as they undressed. New York Family Lawyers know as well as the students, parents and school officials that this is simply not appropriate.

Billionaire Does Not Have to Pay More to Adult Children, NYC Family Lawyer Reports

A Los Angeles billionaire has been allowed to hold on to the rest of his money, thanks to a jury, a New York Family Lawyer has learned. It has been ruled that he does not owe his two adult children, a 22-year-old daughter, and an 18-year-old son, any more money. The children were hoping to get retroactive child support of $400,000 a month each. It was their assertion that the out-of-court payments their father had made to their mother were well below what a family court might have ordered.
The billionaire, a very private man, was forced to watch as his private life, including his children, his former girlfriend, and even former attorneys all were displayed in court, according to a New York Family Lawyer.
The case against him presented him as an absentee father who never attended in any important events in family life, not even being present when his children were born. Questions arose about such intensely personal things as love notes, sleepovers, and his preferences in contraception.
Many expected the billionaire to settle in order to avoid all the attention, but his attorneys were certain he would win out. The jury decided in less than three hours, 9 to 3, to decide in the billionaire’s favor. He will continue to pay for his children’s education until they are 25, a New York Family Lawyer has learned.
Family matters can be painful, especially when it comes to the point of invoking legal procedures. These circumstances are just the time you need a New York Family Lawyer. You need someone who knows the law, someone who can represent you in court, and there is no one better for this purpose than a New York Family Attorney.

Mistrial Ruled In A Case Involving Children’s Services says New York Family Lawyer

A civil trial in Staten Island involving Children’s Services and top federal lawyer was ruled a mistrial. She indicated that Children’s Services entered her home in Staten Island and conducted an illegal search of the home.

The jury in this case didn’t feel that the cps or caseworkers were acted irresponsibly but did award $100,000 to the woman. New York Family Lawyers report that the woman refused to allow the caseworkers into her home when they came searching for her brother’s three young children over a year ago. Brooklyn Federal Judge David Trager said it appears that the jury thinks that the city should foot the bill on this one.

Massachusetts authorities were investigating allegations of child abuse and thought that the children might be in the home, however, the out of state court order was not valid in New York. And, as it all turned out, the children were not in her home. New York Family Lawyers may be needed to help with the details of this case especially since children are involved.
