Affair Reportedly Caused Twain Split says a Queens Family Lawyer

"Mutt" Lange may stick to his story that his breakup with Shania Twain was "literally just growing apart," but the country music producer is said to have had and an affair with a secretary who was an employee of the couple.

It is being reported by New York Family Lawyers that Lange and Marie Ann Thiébaud have both left their spouses so that eventually they can be together.

Lange completely denies that he had any intimate relations with the secretary and says that he and Shania split for completely different reasons than anyone thinks.

Shania is said to be very upset about the split and has virtually gone into seclusion as a result. The marriage lasted almost fifteen years and produced a son, Eja D'Angelo, who just turned six.

If you or a family member is involved in a divorce, make sure you have a New York Family Lawyer to represent your interests. Your spouse will have representation and if you don't you are putting yourself in financial jeopardy.

If You Want Out of a Marriage-Hire a Queens Family Lawyer

Kelly Rutherford, the actress, has filed for divorce from her husband, Daniel Giersch. Even though she is now pregnant with the couple's second child, the star of "Gossip Girl" still wants to call it quits.

Rutherford and Giersch have been married for two years and have a son, Hermes, who is two years old. The very common "irreconcilable differences" has been cited as the reason for the breakup. This reason unfortunately is not available in New York as it is a fault state for divorce. Abandonment is usually the most often cited by a Queens Family Lawyer when the couple wants a speedy and uncontested divorce.

A Nassau County Family Attorney can help you if you are going through a divorce or a separation. Issues such as child support, child visitation and child custody will be argued and an experienced Family Lawyer will be of invaluable assistance to you. When child abuse or child neglect come into the picture, an order of protection may be issued by the court and criminal charges might ensue.

Kelly is known for her role as Lily van Der Woodsen on the TV show.

Alec Baldwin Learns About Voice Mail And why he should Follow the Advice of a Queens Family Lawyer

Born in Massapequa, Long Island, Alec Baldwin is one of three Baldwin sons (Alec, Steve and Dan) who are in the movies--and in the news.

Baldwin learned the hard way that if you leave a voice mail to a Family Member, that person can use that message to cause you problems. Rule is to never leave a message on voice mail that you would not like to face in Family Court says a Queens Family Lawyer.

Baldwin called the home of his ex-wife, Kim Basinger, to speak to his 11-year-old daughter, Ireland. And his rants became public and on the Internet.

He has apologized for losing his temper with his daughter, and said he was most upset that it was released to the media because of what it does to a child. Mr. Baldwin is lucky, this kind of behavior and tirade can be considered child abuse in New York and he could wind up facing a Judge in Naasau County Family Court it happened in his home town.

Little did he realize he’d be answering for his behavior to the world, and the “whodunit” isn’t clear: How did this message became public, and why?

So if you have a reason to regret something major you said on a voice mail or other recording, contact a Queens Family Lawyer so you know your rights and are protected within the letter of the law.
