Elizabeth Moss is taking the final steps to make her separation from Fred Armisen permanent, New York Family Lawyers have learned.

Not long after the separation was announced in August, it was reported that Armisen was already dating his 23-year-old “SNL” co-star, Abby Elliot. “Fred sought comfort in her after the split,” the source added.
