Michael Lohan has reopened his bitter custody battle with ex-wife Dina, charging that the “momager” has repeatedly prevented him from seeing his youngest children, court documents have revealed.
Michael and his New York Family Lawyer are petitioning for more visits with his children, Cody and Aliana who are being promoted by their mother in a reality show called, “Living Lohan.” The couple goes to court in LI to decide his rights with the younger kids and also Michael and Lindsay.
Lohan is accusing Dina of missing appointments with therapists and acting in erratic ways according to a NY Family Lawyer. He also claims that she has shown up drunk and failed half the time to bring the children to where they’re supposed to be.
