Jennifer Murray who has been claiming in their divorce proceedings that husband Bill has a drug addiction has stolen a page from Hubby. She was picked up by Police in S.C. and reportedly was intoxicated to a visible degree. It’s been reported that she was inibriated — and abusive to her children, the report filed stated. There was a witness who said that Jennifer was behaving badly.

The wife of entertainer Bill Murray wants a divorce after nearly 11 years of marriage.

Jennifer Butler Murray filed papers May 12th in Charleston County, South Carolina, where she owns a home.

The complaint was first reported by The Post and Courier of Charleston. It alleges abusive behavior, drug and alcohol addiction, and frequent abandonment by the former “Saturday Night Live” star. An attorney for Murray says the actor is deeply saddened by the breakup and is committed to the best interests of the couple’s four children.

Kevin Federline receives sole custody the children. His lawyer said a new agreement would be approved shortly and Britney Spears would not be the guardian.

Trial averted, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reportedly agreed to keep sole custody of the pair’s kids with their rapping dad. “The case has been settled,” his lawyer announced.

Because of the agreement the case will not go to trial and that seems to satisfy both parties.
